John is a Nigeria medical student and investigative medical journalist who is passionate about public health and wants to leverage on investigative medical journalism to transform Africa's health sector, make healthcare a mainstream issue and rewrite her narrative.

He holds a Certificate (with Distinction) in Citizen Journalism from the Aileen Getty School of Citizen Journalism Jordan, Certificate of Health Journal Development from John Hopkins School of Public Health, and is currently undergoing a PGD in Medical Journalism and Scientific Writing from James Lind Institute Singapore. His experience in investigative medical journalism spans over 4 years with numerous stories to his credit.
He is a fellow of 'The Platform: Young Professionals Bootcamp where he underwent trainings on social entrepreneurship and modern leadership. He is also a YALI West Africa Network Alumnus.
