All roads lead to Lagos next week for the Nigeria Health Summit
Next week in Lagos, optimizing the Nigerian healthcare industry would be the focus of discussions at the Nigeria Health Summit scheduled to hold on April 26, 2018 from 9am at Golden Gate.
At the event, Nigerian Senate’s Chairman on Health – Senator Lanre Tejuoso will deliver a keynote address, Lagos state’s health commissioner, Dr. Olajide Idris, Nigeria’s health minister, Prof. Isaac Adewole, Senior Special Assistant on the Sustainable Development Goals to the Presidency Mrs. Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire and Consultant for World Bank – Dr. Abayomi Sule.
In a statement, organizers said the event seeks to further explore the core movements as well as the prospective growth potential of the Nigerian health industry.
“This conference will enable every key player to identify and address the challenges as they come and be able to adapt in the changing trends in the changing and many facets of healthcare in the country and worldwide,” organizers stated..
Also expected at the event are the co-founders of Anadach Group- Dr. Enoma Alade and Egbe Osifo Dawodu, Oceanic Health CEO Charles Onwuzuluigbo and Redcare HMO CEO – Dr. Tunde Salako. A special envoy from the Office of the President of Ghana, Mr. Akwasi Ababio- Senior Special Adviser Diaspora Affairs, Fola Laoye – Director of West Africa Investments, and Mr. Giovanni Tebala of the as Consultant Surgeon/Clinical Director among others.
Organizers added that the summit aims to discuss the SDG goals that Nigeria is striving for the health sector.
